01B2B From visibility to structured growth — Macromex HoReCa

Context

MACROMEX HoReCa had strong operational capabilities and a diverse portfolio, but lacked a clear positioning and consistent communication. The opportunity was to move beyond a product-driven presence and establish the brand as an integrated solutions partner for the HoReCa industry.


What we did

We defined the brand's positioning and built a clear value proposition centered around integrated business solutions, not just products. We structured communication across key audiences — from management teams to chefs and industry professionals.

02B2C Rebuilding relevance for a new generation — J&B

Context

J&B was an iconic brand, but had lost relevance among younger audiences in a declining category. The challenge was to reposition the brand as a cultural challenger and rebuild its connection with a new generation of consumers.


What we did

We repositioned J&B as a cultural challenger brand, using music as the core platform for relevance and differentiation — blending contrasting music genres and communities.


  • Branded content rooted in music culture
  • Product innovation in HoReCa translating the "blending" concept
  • Long-term partnership with Electric Castle festival
  • Large-scale activations including a music festival on an airplane
  • Limited-edition collections inspired by artists

Outcome

#1 whisky brand in Romania in less than one year.

A renewed connection with younger audiences and a strong return to cultural relevance.

03B2C From awareness to cultural relevance — GLO

Context

GLO operates in a mature, highly regulated category where differentiation is difficult. The challenge was to move beyond awareness and build relevance while increasing consideration among adult smokers.


What we did

We developed a social-first, lifestyle-driven communication platform designed to reposition glo as a modern, culturally relevant brand — built around real urban experiences and authentic social contexts.

  • Content system balancing short-form awareness with long-form storytelling

Outcome

Stronger perception of glo as a modern and relevant brand. Increased consideration and trial among adult smokers. A clearer, more differentiated positioning within the category.

04B2B2C Turning financial inclusion into a real-world movement — Mastercard

Context

In Romania, financial inclusion in rural areas was still limited, with many local producers operating entirely in cash. Mastercard had the opportunity to address this gap through a real initiative that could impact both small businesses and consumer behaviour.


What we did

We created Roadside Market by Mastercard — activating local producers along the Bucharest–Brașov–Sibiu route with POS systems enabling card payments for the first time.


  • Partnership with Waze, creating map pins for each producer
  • National visibility through ProTV with Andreea Esca as ambassador
  • Institutional support via the Ministry of Agriculture
  • Extensive digital and influencer coverage

Outcome

A tangible step forward in financial inclusion for local producers. High national visibility and strong public engagement.

Recognition at Effie Awards, Cannes Lions, Golden Drum, Webstock, Comma, and New York Festivals.

05Entrepreneurial Turning a coffee chain into a cultural experience — TED'S Coffee

Context

In a saturated HoReCa market driven by speed and sameness, TED'S Coffee needed more than product quality. The challenge was to increase loyalty, extend dwell time, and reposition the brand as a place people return to — not just for coffee, but for experience.


What we did

We created Sounds of Ted's — a scalable brand experience platform built around music, community, and digital storytelling. We developed a custom sonic identity and introduced Ted's Thursdays — recurring in-café events built around music, design, and social interaction.

  • Limited-edition product collaborations
  • Community activations and user-generated content

Outcome

A stronger emotional connection between brand and audience. Increased engagement and time spent in cafés. A differentiated positioning, turning Ted's into a lifestyle-driven, experience-led brand.

06Pharma Redefining the pharmacy experience — Farmaciile Dona

Context

In a highly standardised category, pharmacy chains often struggle to differentiate beyond price and location. DONA had the opportunity to move beyond a transactional role and redefine how the brand is perceived — from a place of necessity to a space of trust, care, and guidance.


What we did

  • Redesigning the visual identity within the pharmacy space
  • Improving navigation and customer flow
  • Creating a more welcoming, modern environment
  • Aligning communication with a more human, supportive tone

Outcome

A more modern and differentiated pharmacy experience. Improved clarity and ease of navigation. A stronger perception of Dona as a trusted, accessible, and customer-focused brand.
